<p>I am using a scripted dataset which is binded to one dataitem separately. I am using a report variable to store the value populated from the dataitem in the On-Create event of that dataitem. I have the below in the On-Create event</p>

<p>vars["vTotal"] = BirtMath.add(vars["vTotal"],this.getValue());</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Then in the footer row, i am displaying the total by just having the report variable vars["vTotal"] in the dataitem directly. I noticed that it is not considering the last row value in the summation.</p>

<p>Can you please help me.</p>
