Bar Chart - Can't change series Color?

As seen in the attached image, I have 3 series on my bar chart and I'm trying to change the color of the 'series 2' to blue. This only changes the outline of the bar to blue, how do I change the entire color?

Hi,
 
In the chart wizard, go to Format Chart, then from the menu on the left choose Series. Click on Series Palette. This is where you edit the colors for the different series.
