What does completely free mean?

Sorry about this newbie question but what does "The BIRT iHub F-Type,... completely free for commercial use" mean? I'm evaluating different report servers and the only iHub version I found was 45-days trial installation (downloaded at <a data-ipb='nomediaparse' href='http://www.actuate.com/resources/product-downloads/'>http://www.actuate.com/resources/product-downloads/</a>). Is this the same product as BIRT iHub F-Type? If so, what happens after 45 days? Do I need to request a renewal key every 45 days or just once if I want to continue using the iHub?

BIRT iHub F-Type is no longer available. There is no free option anymore. I would suggest contacting a local sales team for pricing options.
