Hi,

If you can provide the sample in English I might be able to help you better,

Looks you have used CrossTab, select the crosstab and then in Property Editor you have two options RowArea and ColumnArea

Select the RowArea then from the left menu select GrandTotals and click Add then select the DataField, this will sum up the row data

thank you, sidrees

I added a .xlsx file which shows the wanted displaying form and the raw data in English.

I want to merge cells with the same value for a special column on the retrieved data,

It's like grouping, but the grouping title is alaways on the top of each group data.

I didn't use crosstable, I'll try.

Hi,sidrees
I have gone through the crosstab Chapter of the book you recommended, and the final format of crosstab is very like my table. But I found that I have no field for the columns which is necessary for the crosstab, the raw data is as follows:

Hi cynvy,

Looking at the left part the original data, crosstab should fit easily to your requirement,

You need to create three Dimension (Area, Company and Type) and one Summary (Value) field, have a look if this help you?
