 I am writing a filter in Data Set to display only those records.
 
My filter is row["PINCODE"] Equal to "1245"&&"NOTS"
 
In the preview results I am getting only records with value NOTS, not geeting value 1245.
 
Please can some one suggest me if my filter is correct or not.

Try creating your filter as an "IN" condition, not "Equal to", as shown here:
