TeamSite 5.5.2 upgrade problems

We recently tried to upgrade from 4.2 to 5.5.2. I converted all of our editions and that part worked ok. But due to some other issues... we had to roll back to our other system. When we got our original issues solved, we were trying to pull over the differences again and now every edition that is being pulled over since we last tried to convert is coming back as an imcomplete edition. Has anyone else run into this?

Was any work performed on the 5.5.2 system (submits, publishes) after the initial conversion and before the subsequent re-conversion?
I'd stronly suggest you contact Interwoven Support to allow them to assist you in diagnosing and resolving the issue. I'm not sure if there's an "easy" fix.

Yes, we were up for about a day before we had to bring it down the first time. Then about a week later we had the re-conversion and ran into the problem. If I deleted all of the editions in the branch and started over... it would work... we just couldn't update.
I will contact support and update when the issue is resolved.
