datacapture.cfg tag

this is a code from datacapture.cfg in iw-home/local/config

<view name="Vocabularies">

but when i click on set metadata in teamsite, it gives the following error.........

ERROR: Stopping after fatal error: The element type "view" must be terminated by the matching end-tag "".

do we have an end tag of view. if yes then where to place it
