I'm trying to print header labels in BIRT rotated vertically (see image). Is there a way to do this?

You cannot rotate text labels out of the box in BIRT, However, there is a third-party plugin that exists which can help you. More information at this <a data-ipb='nomediaparse' href='http://developer.actuate.com/community/forum/index.php?/topic/39246-rotate-text-90-degrees/'>post</a>.

You need to add a plugin to BIRT (<a data-ipb='nomediaparse' href='https://github.com/innoventsolutions/birt-controls-lib'>https://github.com/innoventsolutions/birt-controls-lib</a>), once added this should work for you.
