Importing, building, and testing the BIRT project

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>I imported Birt source code plug in eclipse and I ran  the org.eclipse.birt package as an Eclipse</p>
<p>application using the following command</p>
<p><strong>                 Runâž›Run Asâž›Eclipse Application</strong></p>
<p>A new eclipse application opens up but there is no Report Design perspective in it.</p>
<p>Is there any issue in my imported code.</p>
<p>Attached is the error log.</p>
