Get Page Count Failed error
matt0772

I am experiencing the error message ‘Get page count failed’ when trying to run a report via a web browser. The report outputs two tables and one bar chart.

From problem solving this so far, it appears to be related to the chart - as when I remove the bar chart from the .rptdesign file, and re-upload to the UI, the issue no longer exists.

Can anyone offer assistance as to what may be causing this?

Many thanks

Matt

I'm not sure off hand without seeing your report design, or attempting to run it.

Taking a wild guess, without additional information, you might want to double check the data binding for the chart, and check to see if the data types of the chart's data are the correct types and can be used to plot your chart.

Do you have a sample report that you can send for us to look into it further? Also, to confirm, from a previous discussion, you're still using OS BIRT 4.5.0?
