Success Factors BIRT reporting

We are new to Success Factors and are looking for assistance with the Time to Fill Report - we want to calculate our time to fill based on the requisition approval date to the offer accepted date without counting the days the requisition is on hold. Anyone know of a way to do that? Please send me an email.

Hi Martha,
 
This can be done in a couple of places, but will need to ensure you have all three "dates" (Approval / Accepted / on-Hold). Do you know if all three date attributes are available in the data?
