Cross Tab - Chart - Excel Issue

I'm using a Data cube as datasource for the charts. Those Charts when exported to excel don't get displayed in Excel. It displays the chart has no data. But when exported to PDF, the same charts work in PDF version of the report. I'm using BIRT 4.2.3.
 
No exceptions or errors.
