How to error out/fail reports in iHub?

<p>Hello BIRT Guru's,</p>
<p>I want to error out the report for particular condition like when we don't have data or based on some flag.</p>
<p>We are running batch reports and we don't want to post blank/empty reports to customers. </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Hence i want to know if i can error out reports based on particular condition in iHub/BIRT.</p>

<p>Note:</p>
<p>I am using iHub 3.1 server.</p>

<p>Hi!  We have a similar situation with our scrap receipts report.  If the report is blank, we don't want it to get mailed out to our vendors.  To do this, we added a Data Binding to the report design called 'RowCount'.  If the the report contains no data (or rows), RowCount gets a value of -1, which causes the Mailer Package to not be called, thus no blank report is emailed.</p>
