Can we use Birt in commercial applications?

<p>Yes, open source BIRT can be used in commercial applications.  Open source BIRT is licensed under the Eclipse Public License (EPL).</p>

<p>There is also a commercial version of BIRT, with additional features and enhancement no in open source BIRT, that can be used in commercial applications with a paid license.</p>
