Hyperlink to excel files

Hello all,
 
I am currently working on a project that requires me creating a table in which contains links to download various excel files. Currently I have these excel files uploaded to the IHUB server and am trying to find a way to hyperlink a direct download to these files in my table. Hopefully someone has knowledge on the subject.

Once authenticated with the iHub and then you access the links to the Excel files within the volume as follows:
<pre class="_prettyXprint">
http://<servername>:8700/iportal/servlet/DownloadFile?name=/path/to/file.xlsx</pre>
Or if you want to reference a specific version:
<pre class="_prettyXprint">
http://<servername>:8700/iportal/servlet/DownloadFile?name=/path/to/file.xlsx;<version number></pre>
