Ihub parameter error

I have a report with parameters which user inputs. This work fine in designer but gets error in ihub. parameter is 17IU-10014. attached is the error I get. any help will be appreciated

What version of iHub? Can you attach your report design?
 
Are you able to create a sample that replicates the issue using the Classic Models database since we may not be able to run your design in our environment?

Commercial version ihub 3.1. It works fine in the designer when i run it, My problem is with the server

Not in the office now but this is an example using version 4.6. So it runs well when i run i the designer and able to change parameters but once on the server, i get error which says - is not recognized

So i realize the only way to be able to use an array of string in a parameter is to put them in single quotes.
