Single Parameter, Multiple Values

<p>I want my report parameter to take more than one value. The query </p>
<p> </p>
<p><span style="font-family:'courier new', courier, monospace;">select * from employees where department_name in (?)</span></p>
<p> </p>
<p>How do i configure the parameter in the dataset and the report parameter to achieve this?</p>
