BIRT Windows 10 / IE 11

Hello,
I am new to the BIRT world. I need to use BIRT to create custom reports for SuccessFactors Learning (Previously Plateau Learning Management System). My question is about installing BIRT and issues with response time.
 
1. Can BIRT run in a Windows 10 / IE 11 environment. If yes, what version of BIRT should I be using and where do I download it
 
2. Do I need to install JRE? If yes, what version
 
3. I have a lot of issues with response time when using BIRT. Any tips on how I might improve response time when I am attempting to run test data against the SuccessFactors Learning database which is in the cloud?

As of now where the latest release version is 16.0.1 windows 10 is not supported but IE 11 is supported at least for version(3 and up) that I know . One can download it from <a data-ipb='nomediaparse' href='http://developer.actuate.com/'>http://developer.actuate.com/</a>

Yes, BIRTH should be able to run on Windows 10/IE11. The latest version of BIRT (currently version 4.10.0) should work fine, and you can download it from the Eclipse website. Yes, you will need to install JRE (Java Runtime Environment) to run BIRT. The latest version of JRE should work fine with BIRTH. Slow response time can be a common issue with cloud databases. One thing you could try is optimizing your SQL queries to improve performance.
