how to append a timestamp for a EXCEL title in BIRT

<p>i have an issue. i have BIRT designed page. When i need to view this as an Excel Report i need it to download/save the report sheet TITLE as Report_11_1_2017_12_33_12(timestamp). can anyone tell me what to do and how to do this?.</p>
