Unable to Export Images to Excel using Spudsoft Emitter

Hi,
 
I am trying to export the company logo that i have placed in the Header of my Master Page. I am using BIRT 4.4.1 and the inbuilt Spudsoft emitters. No matter what i try, i am not able to get the image onto the Excel file. It works fine when i view it as HTML or as PDF, but not able to get it exported in Excel.
 
I have gone through a lot of blogs and i dont seem to find a solution anywhere to this problem.Any help would be really helpful.
 
The Image does not get exported in the report viewer as well.
