Bar Chart Y-Axis Label color Issue

Hi All,
 
I have created a bar chart with X-axis and Y-Axis Label. When was trying to apply RGB(0,0,0) i.e. 100% black for Axis Lables, the color is not applying. The Labels are getting Grey Color. Please help me to resolve the issue,

Can you specify which version of BIRT you are using? Open Source or Commercial? And what type of charts: JPG or HTML5?
