Having trouble getting BIRT Web Viewer to work with IE, Chrome, or Firefox to work.

Hello Folks,

I am having trouble getting BIRT Web Viewer to work with any of the web browser to work. I can get output in pdf format. However, I can't get the web viewer to work, I get blank screen. I have tried IE, Chrome, and Firefox. I have also tried JRE 1.6 and JRE 1.8. Can you please help?

Thanks,

Hi Abel,
What version of the BIRT runtime are you using... and what server have you deployed it to? If you used birt.war out-of-the-box, then you may need to remove a couple files to get the web viewer to start correctly as talked about here http://developer.actuate.com/community/forum/index.php?/topic/39961-birt-webviewer-exceptions-while-deploying-on-tomcat-85-fail-application-at-context-path-webviewer-could-not-be-started/?p=146848
Warning No formatter is installed for the format ipb0
