Actuate e reporting 11 sp4: actuate was unable to copy your design file to the backup file <br>
C:\program files(x86)\actuate11\erdpro\examples\configurationfile\library\sample_sfdata_library.rob. Please save to a different name. This error message Is displaying whenever I tried to run the report file after designing the report.<br><br>
Please help me to resolve this issue <br>

<p>At this time, it is not directly clear the cause of the issue.</p>
<p>My suggestion is to open a ticket with OpenText Support if your organization has a current support contract.</p>

<p>My thought is that since the file attempting to be overwritten is in the Program Files directory structure, the OS may be preventing that file from being overwritten, or if it is currently in use by a running process.</p>
