COunt of Replicant items Using FormAPI

Hi,

Little question: how can I get the number of item instances in a replicant using formAPI?

Basically you need to get your replicant item. Once you have that you can getChildren on it which returns an array. On your array you have the length attribute.

Code snippet follows:

var idItem;
idItem = IWDatacapture.getItem(idItemName);
var nextLevelItems = new Array();
nextLevelItems = idItem.getChildren();
for(k=0;k < nextLevelItems.length;k++)
(steps in loop
