OS BIRT VIEWER - No Charts

<p>I am not seeing charts in my reports deployed to Tomcat 7.</p>

<p>What version of the BIRT runtime are you using?...  I've see a few others reports around the Internet the same issue with a couple of suggestions that I don't know will help or not</p>

<p>The next version of BIRT is due out in about a month (June 28th) so it may be worth trying the 4.7 milestone build you can get at</p>
