Have a look at the documentation first.

It would be better to paste a part of the exception as part of your question.
IMO, it is hard to get someone to download a ~1.8 MB file, that too a doc file.
Also it is better to present in some sentences what it is that you have done so that others can help you solve the issue.

Your driver class is wrong. You are selecting the PostgreSQL JDBC driver but using the SQL Server JTDS URL string.
