<p>Maximo long descriptions Rich Text is enabled in our installation.</p>
<p>In Maximo 7.1 most of the custom reports concatenated the summary and long descriptions in the query.</p>
<p>To address the use of Rich Text formatting reports were modified to use two fields. The long description was setup with a dynamic field. When the content type is set to HTML the data is displayed correctly. When it is set to auto the HTML tags are displayed. Does anyone know why the auto setting does not work?</p>
