Child Text Alignment When Displayed in Maximo

Hi all, I am having this issue in Maximo where when the report is displayed, the child tables (Case One MOD and Case Two MOD) will align their text to the left. I have tried setting the alignment of every element/row/column/table to the middle. It appears fine in BIRT Eclipse but it always does the left alignment despite my efforts.
 
Does anyone know anything regarding this and how to fix it?
