Edit Chart not showing full results

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>I'm working on creating a Birt report containing a Pie Chart, and for some reason, when I look at the data preview, it is only showing half of the results that the DataSet is reporting back with.</p>

<p>Is there a way to fix this?</p>

<p>Are you referring to the data preview in the data set?  It's not clear because you compared the "data preview" to the data returned in the data set.  If you are referring to the preview in the data set, it is limited to 500 rows by default.  The setting can be changed in Window > Preferences > Actuate BIRT > Preview > Data.  The settings vary a little by version, so your preferences tree might be slightly different.</p>
