smart context editor

Hi when i open an html page and click on the edit tab on the top... i get an error saying.."this html is in a readonly task".
I am logged in as admin and i have privileges and hte file is not locked."

when i click on preferences i see that i do not have privileges to edit the file.
Can I enable the edit always and can any one tell me what needs to be done.. for that. and the reason i am getting the problem.

You say you are logged in as admin, but it's not clear what role you selected when you logged in. You need to have the correct role as well as the right user name. This is a good place to start looking anyway.
