No default/main tree

I installed Teamsite 5.5.2 and SP2 on windows 2000. Applied all the critical patches. When I log into TS, It is working absolutely fine. But the problem starts here in workarea. On left pane nothing is showing up. On right pane it displays teamsite version. I checked iwtrace log file. Nothing in there except no default submit.cfg and autoprivate.cfg error. I have iw-mount configured and IFS is also there. Under default .raw is missing but main directory is there. Anyone have any idea why it's behaving so? Thankx in advance.

You aren't on W2k SP4 are you? this is not a supported platform now. See other threads on this topic:

Check out if there is any low virtual memory problem. You could find some info in the logs. I had faced this problem earlier due to low memory, when all the iw-stores freezed.
