Transposing Data

In the attached example the data is coming from a XML file in key/value pairs. the requirement is to transpose the data so the keys become columns and the values become rows. There a 2 slighlty different examples (using different ways to execute a data set in code). The code is on the RotatedDataSet (open, fetch, and close).
