Report engine build process integration

<p><strong>Ant</strong> task and <strong>Maven2</strong> plugin which provides possibility to generate BIRT report as a product of a build process.</p>
<p>This can be usefull for example if you want to generate changelog or release notes based on your SCM repository log or issue tracker data. But can be used also in combination with some continuous integration build server to regulary (every week, day, hour, ...) generate some report and put it into some folder or send it by email, ...</p>
