iwattrib istagged

All,
Does anyone know how to use the iwattrib istagged function? Basically I want to find all the DCR's in the WORKAREA and then run the istagged CLT on each file to see if it is locked or assigned. I have had a heck of a time trying to get this to work.

FYI, our platform is W2K TS 5.5.2

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
