BIRT supports limited scale features:

- If the user define both the width & height, the image is scaled to the exactly size in both dimension.<br />
- If the user defines the width only, the image scale the width to the defined size, the height also be scaled to keep the aspect ratio.<br />
- It is the same if the user set the height only.<br />

The attached design used a method to scale the image dynamically, such as fit the width if the width is larger than the height, fit the height is the height is larger than width.
