Display Multi-Select Parameter Display Text in Report

Example report showing one way to display the "display text" values of a multi-select parameter value in your report.<br />

Normally when you want to show the displayText of the parameter that was selected by a user, you simply can use params["parameterName"].displayText in a dynamic text box in your report. If you try to do this with a multi-select parameter, you end up with a null or blank value. This report uses scripting in the onFetch of the dataSet to replace the values of the parameter with the values from the field that you use for your display text. There may be other ways to do this, but this is one way.<br />
