Reports with printable table of contents

Two reports showing how to add a table of contents in your reports. Unfortunately BIRT does not support this feature yet and this example is only a workaround that involves running the report twice. The reports where created with BIRT designer 2.5.1 and use a feature specific to BIRT 2.5 (onPageStart) so they should be tested with this or newer versions.
