tt_data not working

Hi tt_data works some times and some times the template closes without asking me if the file needs to be submitted and i am not able to comprehend what the problem is..

it works to me some times and some times it ceases to work.

are there any other factors that affect thte working of this...

pls let me know.

Generally, if a DCR is already associated with an active job, you will not get prompted to start a new job with it when you close the DCR.

Is this not what you are seeing?

There is no active job assigned to it...
It just is happening at random. when i save and close it works and it doesn't work a little later and it works .. after that..without making any changes to the code itself..

we'd need more troublshooting specifics to get to the bottom of this. What else is happening on the system when it does and does not work? is it the same template form each time? Are you the same user each time? Are you in the same directory, etc?

You probably want to collect this type of information, and open an IWOV support case.
