BIRT Report That Gets iServer/iHub User Description

This report is an example of calling Actuate Information Delivery API calls from within a BIRT report. It will take the current users authentication token from the Server Context so that a hard coded login ID does not need to be provided in the report, then execute the SelectUsers IDAPI call, and retrieve the description field from the result. This differs from the previous example in that it does not require the Login IDAPI call to be done to retrieve a AuthId.
