Group Always Starts on Odd Page

Sample report showing how to make sure each group starts on an odd page, for when you're printing on both sides of the page. This design was created in BIRT 2.3.2, but the idea should work in all versions. It will be easier in 3.7+, because you won't have to make sure you are forcing page breaks for "pageNumber" to be correct in PDF.
