Explode Largest Pie Slice in Pie Chart

This example shows how to explode the largest slice in a pie chart. Script in the AfterDataSetFilled function in the chart's onRender script is used to find the largest value in the chart and then store this value in a global variable. Then, in the chart editor, you recall this variable to define the slice that is to be exploded.<br />

This report was designed in BIRT 3.7.0, but the same concept probably works in any version of BIRT that allows you to define an expression for the "explode when" value.
