HPAS and TeamSite Any Experience??

I am running HPAS as an app server and using symlinks into TeamSite to display content. All worked well, well we were running Maintenance Pack 3 once I upgraded to MP 5 the symlinks no longer worked. I know this is probably an HPAS problem but figured I would through it out here and see if anyone else experienced this.
