Bring iServer volume offline through a SOAP command

The attached sample sends a SOAP request which brings down the volume. It does this by first fetching the authentication id from the server for the system administration page (not the volume). SOAP message for system administration login is different from the volume login. Then it constructs the SOAP command that brings the volume offline.<br />
