Running Reports on the BIRT iServer from within Maximo7.5 using ERI

So, apparently Maximo has changed how they send the 'where' parameter to ERI. It now encodes certain special characters. Due to this I have updated here a new version of customreport.jsp that works with Maximo 7.5.
