When to use DFS instead of Webtop and DFC?

I have read a lot about DFS but still little confused as a consultant or architect, when should we propose DFS instead of Webtop/DFC?

DFS

• Adding Documentum functionality to a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)

• DFC must still be installed!

DFC

• For creating new services

• For creating SBOs (can be converted to DFS)

• For creating TBOs

• For creating new methods
