Looks like the com.documentum.operations.impl.DfOpConstants in 6.5 dfc.jar does not have the constant named FILE_FORMAT.
Does anybody know the equalent?

Strangely, it is gone from the class. What do you need to use it for? The old value for the constant was just "FileFormat". Could you simply use that?
