ASP.NET and DFC

Hi! I'm an absolute noob not only in Documentum, but also I am an entry level web developer so please excuse me if I sound morbidly ignorant.

Suppose I've already installed DFC Runtime Environment (5.3) and DFC PIA. I open my Visual Studio 2005 and create a new website. What should I do next to access the classes? What dll file should I add as reference? Please help. Thanks in advance!
