Composer created select box width is incorrect on Properties pages

I've created a custom type and attributes using Composer 6 sp1.5. A few of the attributes use value assistance queries. The ones that do show up as select boxes in the import and properties pages, but are only 10px wide, even though the attribute size in Composer and the repository is 60px.

The CS is D6 sp1.

Here's what I've done so far to try to fix this:

• Restarted Tomcat.

• Deleted temp files and history on client IE machine.

Any ideas what I can try next?
