transferring forms and workflows

hi ive developed a form and workflow on my copy of documentum 6.5. however, i now want to move these to a different copy of documentum 6.5. is there an easy to move them over, ie a wizard, or do i have to copy the necessary files over, and if so, which files, and where can they be found, particularly the workflow files.

please guys i really need help on this.

someone mentioned that composer can be used to do this, something about .dar files? any ideas? or would this mean i have to copy across the entire docapp/project using composer? instead of just the form/workflow?
