How to link/unlink duplicate word_record?

we have what is most likely a rare situation in our system now (or maybe not).  we have folders with duplicate work record IDs (t_work_record_code).  the object_id's as you can see below are unique.  we would like to know if we can use the same commands to link and unlink the duplicate folders, that we use to link and unlink documents.  or if not, we would like to know what commands we can use to move a folder in a work record to another work record using the object_id.
